Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to disconnect integrations and request deletion of data stored by alpacho.io, including AlpaCHo Report, AlpaCHo Voice, AlpaCHo Ads and connected Meta Ads data.

Meta Ads data deletion

If Meta sends a valid signed data deletion request to alpacho.io, we verify the request and remove the stored Meta connection associated with the Facebook user ID in that request. This removes the stored Meta access token and connection record.

Saved AlpaCHo Report templates and project settings are kept separately from the Meta connection token.
Disconnecting Meta Ads or processing a Meta deletion request does not automatically delete your own report templates.
To delete saved report templates or other alpacho.io account data, email alpachoads@gmail.com.

How to request deletion

Disconnect Meta Ads inside AlpaCHo Report to remove the stored Meta connection token.
Disconnect Google Sheets or Telegram in the product interface if you no longer want those integrations connected.
Email alpachoads@gmail.com from the Google account used with the service and specify what data you want deleted.
