These Terms of Service govern access to alpacho.io, including AlpaCHo Report, AlpaCHo Voice, AlpaCHo Ads, website tools, integrations, browser extensions, admin areas and related services.

Last updated: June 16, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By using alpacho.io, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service scope

alpacho.io provides marketing workflow tools. Depending on the product, the service may include report templates, Meta Ads reporting, creative previews, voice/content utilities, browser extension features, UTM generation, calculators, Google Sheets exports, Telegram delivery and admin tools.

3. AlpaCHo Report and Meta Ads

AlpaCHo Report is a reporting tool for users who connect their own Meta Ads access. The service reads reporting data from ad accounts available to the connected Meta user and uses it to generate report templates, text reports and creative report previews.

  • You must connect only Meta accounts and ad accounts that you are authorized to access.
  • AlpaCHo Report is intended for reporting and review. It does not create, edit, publish, pause, or manage Meta ads.
  • You are responsible for reviewing generated reports before sending them to clients, teams, or external systems.
  • You may disconnect Meta Ads at any time. Disconnecting Meta removes the stored Meta connection token but does not automatically delete saved report templates.

4. Meta Platform compliance

When using AlpaCHo Report with Meta Ads, you must comply with Meta's applicable terms, policies and access requirements. AlpaCHo Report is designed to use Meta Platform Data only for user-requested reporting workflows.

  • You must not connect Meta accounts, ad accounts, pages, campaigns, ad sets, ads or creative assets that you are not authorized to access.
  • You must not use the service to scrape, bypass permissions, avoid Meta review, misrepresent data access, or create negative impact on Meta products, users, data or systems.
  • You must not export or share reports in a way that violates confidentiality duties, client agreements, Meta terms, privacy laws or advertising platform policies.
  • We may suspend, disconnect or delete Meta-related access if we believe it violates these Terms, platform rules, law, or security requirements.

5. AlpaCHo Voice

AlpaCHo Voice provides voice/content-related functionality and storage-limited user workflows. You are responsible for content you upload, generate, store or distribute through the service.

  • You must not upload content that you do not have permission to use.
  • You are responsible for checking generated or processed content before using it publicly.
  • Storage limits, account-specific rules and access permissions may be configured by the service administrator.

6. AlpaCHo Ads and extensions

AlpaCHo Ads and related browser-extension features may help authorized users work with advertising accounts, selected web interfaces, report data or operational shortcuts.

  • You must use extension features only with accounts, pages, campaigns and data you are allowed to access.
  • You must not use the extension to bypass platform rules, access controls, payment controls or security mechanisms.
  • Extension behavior may depend on third-party websites and may stop working if those websites change.

7. Third-party integrations

Some features require third-party services such as Google, Meta, Telegram or Google Sheets. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies.

  • You are responsible for granting only the integrations you want to use.
  • You may disconnect supported integrations from the product interface where available.
  • We are not responsible for outages, API changes, permission reviews, limits or policy decisions made by third-party platforms.

8. Account access

  • You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and authorized sessions.
  • You must not attempt to bypass access restrictions, payment controls, or protected areas.
  • We may suspend access if abuse, fraud, or misuse is detected.

9. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with system operation, tracking, or access controls.
  • Do not copy, resell, or redistribute protected functionality without permission.
  • Do not use AlpaCHo Report to access Meta data for ad accounts, businesses, pages, or campaigns where you do not have permission.
  • Do not upload malicious files, credentials, secrets, payment data or confidential third-party materials unless the feature explicitly requires them and you are authorized to provide them.

10. User content and generated output

You retain responsibility for the content, prompts, files, report templates, campaign notes, creative labels and outputs you create or upload. Generated reports, voice/content outputs and calculated metrics should be reviewed before use.

  • Reports may contain errors caused by platform data, API limitations, user configuration or calculation assumptions.
  • You are responsible for deciding whether output is accurate and suitable for your client, team or business use.
  • We may remove content or restrict access if content violates these Terms or creates security, legal or abuse risk.

11. Payments, limits and admin controls

Some features may be limited, paid, invite-only or controlled by an administrator. We may apply usage limits, storage limits, access rules, rate limits or feature restrictions to protect service stability.

12. Availability

We may update, modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Features may change as the product evolves. Third-party API changes may affect features without notice.

13. Disclaimers

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact third-party metric parity, complete error-free reports or continued access to any third-party platform API.

14. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, alpacho.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption or decisions made based on generated reports or outputs.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the services change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the services means you accept the updated Terms.
